Mr Adam Sierakowski is a highly proficient UK-trained plastic surgeon who specialises in breast augmentation, breast uplift, breast reduction, tummy tuck, liposuction, hand surgery, and reconstructive surgery, to mention but a few. These courses for breast cancer healthcare professionals aiming to improve understanding and discussion around inherited breast cancers, modern tumour tests, and risk.
 
Dr Naik and his team were nominated for Mid Yorkshire's 'Kate Granger Compassionate Care Award', demonstrating the world class standard of care that they deliver.  They were also shortlisted from 70 nominations from across the Trust, and subsequently won.

Mr Shaik also gives back to the local and global community. He has treated Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Turkey and participated in cyclone and earthquake relief operations in Orissa, South East India. Most recently, he raised money as part of a successful charitable effort to refurbish and send 400 oxygen concentrators to Hyderabad, India, assisting in the COVID pandemic.

Notably, he was awarded the Hunterian Professorship by the Royal College of Surgeons in 2020 for his work on ankle fractures, the Robert Jones Gold Medal and Association Prize in 2017 for his research on the evolution of the foot, and the Jacques Duparc Prize from EFORT for discovering a new foot ligament. Additionally, Professor Mason has won the Chan Chen Memorial Prize—BOFAS’s highest accolade—on four separate occasions. In 2023, he received a National Clinical Impact Award (Level 1) in recognition of his contributions to safe, high-quality care and the improvement of NHS services.

Professor Mason holds the position of Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Liverpool, where he serves as the undergraduate lead for Musculoskeletal Disease and Orthopaedics in the School of Medicine. He is also a highly regarded national educator, frequently serving as an invited faculty member for courses conducted by the British Orthopaedic Association, Royal College of Surgeons, AO, Royal Society of Medicine, and BOFAS. Furthermore, he is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Authority.

Currently, Professor Mason chairs the Clinical Practice Committee and is a council member of BOFAS. Previously, he chaired the Outcomes Committee, overseeing the National Foot and Ankle Registry.
